What Games Can You Play on a Table Tennis Table?
There are many different games you can play on a table tennis table besides a regular match. Here are some of my favorites:
- Around the World
In this game, you need at least 3 players, but the more the better!
Starting with an even number of players on each side, take turns in hitting the ball over the net and then running clock-wise round to the other side of the table to hit it again on your turn.
Each player gets 3 lives, and if you miss a point, you lose a life. Run out of lives and you’re out the game.
As more players get eliminated, the faster you’ll need to run to the other side of the table – so the intensity grows!
When there’s two players left, have a normal rally but you must do a 360-degree spin each time you hit the ball. When the dizziness ramps up it gets fun and challenging!
- Doubles Ping Pong
This is a classic game of doubles ping pong, where each team has two players. The game is played to 21 points, and each player takes turns serving the ball. You must take turns hitting the ball between your partner.
- Beer (or Soda) Pong:
This is a classic party game where players try to throw ping pong balls into cups of beer or soda lined up on the opposite side of the table. If a ball lands in a cup, the opposing team must drink!
